How we work

We provide your team with expertise at any stage of your project. At the very beginning of the design and concept stage we can help you with selecting an architect and designer team or we can help you investigate what is possible to build on your particular parcel of land. During the design review process, our team’s experience as builders and designers will help you focus on the outcomes that are most important to you. After the architect completes their initial design, we work up initial budget estimates and provide advice on value engineering. At this stage we also help with selecting a general contractor and reviewing contracts.

During the construction phase we remain hands on; managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and making sure that there are no corners cut. Every project has its surprises and unexpected costs along the way. We will help to find solutions to roadblocks and keep the project team moving forward.
